Everyone you heard talks about positive or positivity but none of you have heard anyone really talking or dealing with the Negativity or why someone is being so negative. Did you? Rather we become so inhuman that we tend to leave that person on its own. We stop talking.
What is negativity ?
When it comes to math its an indication showing value are getting lower. For example ta but what about the life but let’s say when two negative multiply or divide the result comes to be positive but why people are so bothered about negativity in real life?
People often fail to take negativity as a state but rather give more weightage to it. I would not be much vocal about all the things but somethings that are most important. May be the inspiration to write this blog I get from the recent set of events that have happened and shook my heart mind and soul quite deep into thinking.
But before we actually go deep into to meaning and feelings, let us find some of the most important and other factor that result into negativity.
People give what they are passing through or what they have most experienced. And when the real happening reflect from the life of the person, those happenings could be positive and negative. And both have it’s own beauty.
I get reminded of a story from the some young classes, a story on Munshi Premchand. So he went to get his photography clicked where by the photographer seeing his torn out shoe from where the toe was coming out he asked him to hide. But Premchand was apprehensive as it was not what he wanted to do. He was just in a will to have a picture how it looks like. The conversation begins where by photographer said look at my shoes the sole of this shoes is torn out but see outer appearance is not. Similar things happen, people often judge person looking at the outer appearance, the inner appearance makes no sense in the world. It’s easy to say you are bringing negativity but very difficult to look inside that person, what cause him or her what were the consequences. And then one may end of taking this as a lame excuse to stop talking or meeting or whatever.
Now you only tell me is this judgement of book by it’s cover worth? Did you try to talk ? No all at sudden when you were having all your thoughts you just release, you never talked. Yes it’s true that you can’t clap with just one hand so is with the person you are dealing with. The voids and spaces are from both the end, may be the intensity can be different but the crux is the involvement of two people.
May be in trying to please the flowers I have disappointed the plant. Now neither I can find plant nor its’ flower.
So such situation arise at time but the beauty lies in being Vocal about the thoughts one has hid deep inside and not just keep on accumulating them. And when it turns out in the end it resulted into negativity. So may be this might be the reason of his being negative. The reflection was what he accumulated over a peroid of time which looked at you mere time waste. May be that persception of you true from one end but what about the other side of the coin.
Negativity is a state of mind, for one person a person may be negative but not for others. Sometimes for all but not to that one person.
Some times life is at cross roads, you have fours ways, and it become real hard to know which one is the right. You chose any one.
May be today was such day, I reflected what I had stored. So forth I realised, let your words be continuous let them be a flowing river. Don’t try to build dam of emotions and feelings so as to stop them. The reason being if they are stopped, after some time the dam of thoughts will break and you will be beleaguered with negativity and people will be more vocal in saying you negative or some other words. But be you say what you feel at their face, so if they genuinely feel about you they will talk and if they don’t either they will find way to escape or will avoid you.
Don’t be a victim of them in such cases. You are on your own. Nothing is permanent, everything is relative.
How to Deal with Negative Emotions ?
See first of all we should accept the things are not going well because if we don’t they we are more likely to be entrapped in them. And to deal with negative emotions all you if can do is to talk to the place person or thing that have made you so desperate to sort things.
In the end when things don’t work, don’t loose hope, trust yourself and remember everything gonna be alright. Those who have left you without knowing the intensity and level of your emotion will someday feel the heat. They will have trust on yourself and start working to make yourself happy.
